You’ll manage high-net-worth client relationships, deliver tailored financial strategies, and contribute to the firm’s long-term vision—all within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing personalized financial planning and investment guidance.
    • Manage and grow a book of business through firm referrals and personal networking.
    • Develop and adjust comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management.
    • Support senior advisors in client acquisition and business development.
    • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    • 5+ years in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar advisory role.
    • CFP® certification required; Series 65 or equivalent preferred.
    • Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial planning principles, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients.
    • Strategic thinker with leadership and mentoring skills to support team success.
