    We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Event Planner in Marietta, Georgia. As part of our team, your main role will be to plan, manage, and execute events, ranging from VIP client office visits to internal training sessions. You will also be accountable for maintaining accurate records of event expenses and managing registration processes.


    Responsibilities:

    • Organize and manage client office visits

    • Oversee the planning and execution of internal training events for clients

    • Keep track of and reconcile event costs, ensuring accurate records of office visit expenses

    • Handle Cvent registration builds and processes

    • Provide support for various event-related tasks as needed

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication skills

    • Independently prioritize tasks, seek team input, and adhere to deadlines

    • Manage event logistics and budgeting processes

    • Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage and organize event details

    • Engage confidently with VIP clients, demonstrating strong personal presentation skills.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
    • Proficient in managing budgets and financial processes related to event planning
    • Exceptional ability to manage calendars, schedules, and deadlines effectively
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
    • Experience in using event management software like CVENT
    • Proven track record in planning and executing corporate events.
