Human Resources (HR) Manager <p>We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Redmond, Washington. This role involves managing a wide range of HR functions such as employee relations, communication, hiring processes, and compliance, with a particular emphasis on retention efforts. This position is located in a warehouse setting and also involves overseeing some corporate and engineering roles.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Develop and manage effective retention strategies for warehouse staff</p><p>• Oversee hiring processes and employee relations for non-exempt roles</p><p>• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</p><p>• Use Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to manage staff records and processes</p><p>• Use ADP Workforce Now and other systems for financial services related to HR</p><p>• Work with Ceridian and other systems for time and attendance management</p><p>• Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues efficiently</p><p>• Foster effective communication within the organization</p><p>• Oversee HR functions for corporate roles and engineering staff when necessary</p><p>• Collaborate with HR Generalist on various tasks and provide opportunities for their growth and development.</p><p><br></p><p>The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><p>M/D/V - employer paid for employee</p><p>STD/LTD</p><p>Life insurance</p><p>401k with match</p><p>PTO accrued at a rate of .075 hours per hour worked (nearly 4 weeks per year)</p><p>6 paid holidays</p>
