Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations within the office
• Handle full-charge bookkeeping with accuracy and efficiency
• Process payroll in a timely manner, ensuring all employees are compensated correctly
• Report financial data to owners, providing clarity on the company's financial status
• Utilize QuickBooks desktop for various accounting tasks
• Reconcile both bank and credit card statements, ensuring all financial data aligns
• Maintain general ledger by posting journal entries and managing account reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently
• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline accounting functions.
