A thriving business and real estate law firm is seeking an HOA Transactional Attorney to join its team! The firm has a supportive, collaborative environment and offers a path to partnership. The firm is very flexible, and this HOA Attorney will work 100% remotely!

The ideal Attorney will have:

1-2 years of transactional experience or 1+ year of HOA experience
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
CA Bar license

This Attorney will be responsible for:

Client interaction
General corporate governance – reviewing and interpreting documents and providing guidance
Drafting policies, rules, and new sets of CC& Rs
Contract review and negotiation
Architectural guidelines
