We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Los Angeles, California. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be tasked with providing high-level IT support, managing IT documentation, and maintaining essential asset management processes. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive IT support, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Use your proficiency in key Microsoft tools such as Intune, SharePoint, Office 365, and OneDrive
• Lead IT documentation efforts, contributing to the thoroughness and efficiency of our processes
• Maintain effective written and verbal communication skills for describing processes, resolving tickets, and assisting users
• Exhibit traits like patience, empathy, and adaptability when navigating communication gaps with non-technical end-users
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT support and asset management concepts
• Utilize your knowledge in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware
• Apply your skills in Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, and Configuration Management

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar
• Proven experience with Android Development
• Demonstrable knowledge of Cisco Technologies
• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies
• Familiarity with Computer Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
• Experience with Dell Technologies is essential
• Solid understanding of Active Directory
• Experience with Apple Devices support and maintenance
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies
• Proficiency in Configuration Management
• Previous experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is a plus.
