This litigation attorney role is 100% Remote, 3+ years of habitability experience required.
Responsibilities:
• Handle litigation matters with a focus on habitability issues.
• Engage in discovery processes to gather necessary information and evidence.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and notices as part of the legal proceedings.
• Attend trials and hearings, representing clients both virtually and in-person.
• Act as a point of contact for prospective and current clients, addressing inquiries about our services.
• Contribute to the business real estate group, assisting with various tasks and projects.
• Handle employment matters for landlord clients, offering legal advice and representation.
• Use available templates to draft and prepare motions for court proceedings.
• Maintain a billable requirement, ensuring all tasks are accurately recorded and billed.
• Collaborate within a team of attorneys, working closely on various cases and legal matters.
• Utilize your civil litigation skills and experience to effectively represent and advocate for our clients.

• Possession of a valid license to practice law in California.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, specializing in habitability matters.
