    As a Contract Operations Administrator, you will manage and optimize the internal processes of our contract lifecycle. Your role will focus on maintaining data integrity, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You’ll oversee our contract repository (Ironclad), streamline operations, and provide essential support to sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams.


    Responsibilities

    Contract Management & Process Optimization

    • Maintain and manage contract data across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
    • Oversee the contract repository (Ironclad) and ensure data integrity.
    • Collaborate with legal and revenue teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
    • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contract-related processes.

    Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration

    • Act as the primary resource for contract documentation, ensuring accessibility and organization.
    • Provide ongoing support to sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams to facilitate smooth contract operations.
    • Advocate for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.

    Data Integrity & Reporting

    • Conduct regular audits to validate contract data accuracy and uncover reporting discrepancies.
    • Escalate issues to relevant teams and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
    • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel to track and analyze contract performance metrics.


    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in operations, contract management, or a similar role, working closely with legal and sales teams.
    • Proficiency in Ironclad, Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and drive improvements.
    • Ownership mentality—taking initiative to resolve inefficiencies and enhance processes.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • A positive attitude and a great sense of humor!
