This role offers a variety of responsibilities including scanning, data entry, validating check numbers, indexing and organizing documents, filing, and preparing records for scanning. You’ll also identify and correct document errors, order departmental supplies, serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, and manage incoming phone calls.
The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and exhibit exceptional attention to detail. Outstanding customer service skills are essential to thrive in this position.
