We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Textile Manufacturing industry situated in Los Angeles, California. The selected candidate will be instrumental in updating our vendor master and will be expected to liaise with vendors for information collection.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the project to update vendor master.
• Communicate with vendors for the retrieval of necessary information.
• Implement updates in relevant software as per requirements.
• Perform accounting functions and maintain vendor setup.
• Use accounting software systems to ensure efficient and accurate data management.
• Conduct auditing of accounts payable and accrual accounting.
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for optimal financial management.
• Code accounts and manage automated clearing house processes.

• Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary for accurate classification of financial transactions.
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is crucial for efficient data entry and record keeping.
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services is required for payroll and other financial processes.
• Experience with Concur is desired for efficient management of expenses and invoices.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial for seamless business operations.
• Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is crucial for maintaining financial health of the company.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required to ensure timely payments and maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is necessary for accurate financial reporting.
• Auditing skills are required to detect and rectify any discrepancies in financial records.
• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is necessary for efficient processing of electronic payments.
