100% Remote NO BILLABLE HOUR Real Estate Attorney (Law Firm)
Boutique, well-known, high end group seeks Real Estate Associate Attorney. We've placed 3 attorneys and a paralegal--all are extremely happy and have been with firm for years!
About Opportunity:
- Solely drafting opinion letters for high end commercial real estate transactions
- No billable hours, work-life balance
- 150-200 transactions open at any given time & each person maybe has 20 deals they’re working on
- Very fast paced! Some close in a month, some close in a week
- No billable hours – everything is a fixed fee
- Person needs to be organized and communicative with clients & law firm clients expect fast turnaround times
Remote Plans: 100% remote
- Would love this person to visit LA offices for special “fun” events/gatherings 1-2x/year
- During 1st 90 days, will work PST hours
