    What You’ll Do:

    As an Associate Attorney, you’ll handle 30–40 cases and gain hands-on experience in:

    • Discovery

    • Drafting pleadings & motions

    • Depositions

    • Court appearances

    • Mediations

    • Trial prep


    Probate experience is NOT required—if you have at least one year of California civil litigation experience, the firm will train you in this practice area.

    Requirements:

    • LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - must be able to commute to West Los Angeles, CA at least 2 days/week.
    • 1+ years of California civil litigation experience as a CA licensed attorney
    • Interest in probate
    • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
