We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Experience Representative to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Long Beach, California. As a Customer Experience Representative, your main duties will revolve around managing customer interactions across various platforms, understanding and addressing their issues, monitoring customer accounts, and handling Return Goods Authorization processing.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer interactions across numerous channels, including chat, email, fax, and phone
• Actively listen to customer concerns and provide service-oriented solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales
• Communicate effectively with in-home service technicians, store personnel, and consumers for troubleshooting and repair techniques
• Keep track of customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed
• Process Return Goods Authorization in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a performance level that meets or exceeds Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit information
• Show proficiency in using software applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zendesk.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry
• Proficient in using Zendesk for customer support
• Previous experience in a Call Center environment is essential
• Strong knowledge of Call Center Customer Service practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• High level of professionalism and patience when dealing with customers
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
• Willingness to keep up-to-date with new product and service offerings to provide effective customer support.
