This role involves handling customer inquiries related to the photo enforcement programs, managing customer accounts, and ensuring all customer interactions are logged accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Professionally respond to incoming calls ensuring proper grammar and tone.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries related to photo enforcement programs.
• Record detailed comments on customer interactions in the RedCheck system.
• Communicate escalated issues to the Team Lead in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with credit card transactions for violation payments.
• Regularly check work email and other company communication channels.
• Perform tasks assigned beyond the regular responsibilities.
• Manage data entry and order entry tasks.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.
• Schedule appointments as and when required.
The salary range for this position is $18.50 to $18.75. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. • Prior experience in a call center customer service role is essential.
