We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our team in Livonia, Michigan. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of our HRIS with other systems such as finance and payroll software. Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of HRIS (Workday) with other systems (Dimensions + Kronos), ensuring data integrity and accuracy during system migration and integration processes.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system requirements and business needs.
• Configure and maintain HRIS to support HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize HRIS functionality and improve user experience.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues.
