We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team based in Linden, New Jersey. The role involves processing invoices, managing orders, and responding to client emails within the industry. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process invoices using Quickbooks
• Manage order entries in our accounting software systems
• Expedite approximately 10 orders on a daily basis
• Respond promptly and professionally to client emails
• Support the team with various accounting tasks as required
• Prepare necessary documents for external accountants
• Use ADP - Financial Services for certain financial operations
• Work on Banner Ads and other computer programs as part of the role
• Handle clerical duties related to billing functions
• Answer inbound calls as part of customer relationship management (CRM) duties.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Experience with Banner Ads is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to use Computer Programs effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools.
• Knowledge of About Time software is desirable.
• Ability to provide accurate and timely responses to queries.
• Experience in handling Inbound Calls in a detail oriented manner.
• Ability to perform Billing Functions accurately.
• Experience in performing Clerical Duties in an office setting.
