    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Analyst in our manufacturing base in Leominster, Massachusetts. In this role, you will primarily ensure the accuracy and completeness of our inventory, while also working closely with various departments to address any errors impacting performance.

    Responsibilities:


    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and tracking of our inventory in compliance with both internal and external requirements.

    • Develop, implement, and execute the cycle count process for resin, raw materials, and finished goods.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure completion of quarterly cycle counts.

    • Identify and correct production reports, label errors, scrap, downtime, and other performance impacting items in daily interactions with other departments.

    • Review the prior day's performance daily and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.

    • Handle new item setup requests and maintain a list of active items in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

    • Assist in Bill of Materials (BOM) and variance reviews to ensure accuracy and identify the root cause of variances.

    • Aid the Finance team with inventory valuation reviews, standard cost adjustments, and review of Post Inventory Transactions (PIT).

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inventory-related inquiries.

    • Conduct an annual review of inventory procedures to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    • Lead or assist in year-end inventory audit duties as needed.

    • Identify and implement process improvements.

    • Take on additional projects and duties as assigned.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
    • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
    • Strong auditing skills with a focus on process improvements
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proven track record in adherence to compliance standards and regulations
    • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
    • Comprehensive knowledge of logistics, including planning and coordination
    • Familiarity with warehousing procedures and best practices
