We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller/CFO located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The role includes managing a small team, managing all financial transactions for the organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and providing financial reports. This role requires interaction with various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operations of the company's financial transactions and reports
• Manage the process of month-end closing activities
• Supervise the preparation and execution of the company's budget and financial forecasts
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Lead auditing processes to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Apply non-profit accounting principles in financial management
• Respond to inquiries related to financial matters
• Demonstrable proficiency in non-profit accounting
• Solid experience with month-end close procedures
• Proven expertise in budgeting and forecasting
• Comprehensive knowledge of general ledger operations
• Experience working with auditors
