We are in search of 2 Technical Recruiters for a 6+ week contract for a company in Leawood, Kansas. This role encompasses the vital task of sourcing and screening candidates for a financial technology firm. This short-term contract employment opportunity invites individuals proficient in recruiting for various technical roles.
Monday-Friday ON-SITE
*MUST HAVE PRIOR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment for a wide range of roles including QA Analysts, Software Implementation Specialists, Product Support Specialists, Solutions Architects, and Project Managers.
• Utilize CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, and LinkedIn Recruiter tools to streamline the recruitment process.
• Oversee the process of applicant screening and candidate selection.
• Communicate effectively with both candidates and the internal team.
• Collaborate with a second team of recruiters managing the project.
• Leverage HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for efficient recruitment operations.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices and industry standards.
• Maintain a keen awareness and understanding of the industry to aid in the recruitment of suitable candidates.
• Familiarity with the 'About Time' time management system
• Experience with Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing potential candidates
• Knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems for managing employee data
• Experience in Applicant Screening to shortlist potential candidates
• Proficiency in Candidate Selection processes and techniques
• Experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably in the IT industry
