    We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our team in Las Vegas, NV, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. As an HR Generalist you will assist the Director of Human Resources by supporting the implementation and administration of human resources programs and policies as well as be a support arm for our global teams. This role will primarily focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR administration, and benefits coordination. The ideal candidate will have a “client-focused” mindset when providing HR service for our employees and leaders, strong teamwork ethic, a desire to learn other HR functions, high attention to detail, and always approach the work with efficiency in mind.


    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates.

    • Manage job postings and track applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.


    Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Support the Director of Human Resources in managing HR services for employees, answering questions related to policies, benefits, and company culture.

    • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, recognition programs, and professional development efforts.

    • Help coordinate employee events such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and company-wide meetings.


    HR Administration & Benefits

    • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

    • Support benefits administration, including enrollment assistance, answering employee inquiries, and coordinating with benefit providers.

    • Assist in preparing reports related to headcount, turnover, and HR metrics.


    Compliance & Policy Implementation

    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices.

    • Help update and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and other documentation.

    • Participate in internal HR projects to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.




    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Basic knowledge of most HR practices, including Federal and Nevada employment laws and labor regulations.

    • Comfortable with Mac OS and experienced in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Excel.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees, senior management, and external stakeholders.

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

    • High discernment with confidential and sensitive information.

    • Experienced in HR information systems and tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.

    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.


    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in tech, casino, gaming, or hospitality industries.

    • Experience working in multinational companies is preferred but not required.

    • Experience in working on HR projects or change management initiatives is desired.

    • Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS platforms is required.
