Responsibilities:
• Managing and updating customer records using CRM software
• Handling customer inquiries and providing high-quality customer service
• Assisting with the leasing process for commercial and residential properties
• Ensuring all leasing documentation is processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites for administrative tasks and communication
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on their status
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of property management best practices
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience as a Leasing Consultant
• Knowledge of Commercial Property Management procedures
• Familiarity with Residential Property Management practices
