We are looking for a diligent PC Technician to join our team, located in Kirkwood, New York. This role is primarily focused on Refresh/Lifecycle projects, Break/Fix, Deployments of new equipment, Wi-Fi Access Points, and Windows 11. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment, and the candidate will be expected to use their skills in Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Windows 11, Break Fix, and Wireless Access Points.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle Refresh/Lifecycle projects with precision and care
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues (Break/Fix)
• Deploy new equipment as necessary, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems
• Set up and maintain Wi-Fi Access Points to ensure connectivity
• Work with Windows 11, including installation, troubleshooting, and updates
• Utilize skills in Computer Hardware and Dell Technologies for equipment maintenance and repair
• Manage user accounts and systems using Active Directory
• Ensure wireless access points are functioning properly and resolve any connectivity issues.

• Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a PC Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficient in working with Computer Hardware.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Dell Technologies.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and its functionalities.
• Proficiency in utilizing Windows 11 operating system.
• Have experience with Break Fix methodologies.
• Competence in configuring and maintaining Wireless Access Points.
