We are on the hunt for a skilled PC Technician to be a part of our team. Stationed in Kirkwood, New York, this role provides an opportunity to engage in various tech-related tasks, such as managing lifecycle projects, addressing break/fix issues, and deploying new equipment in the IT industry. This offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Handling refresh and lifecycle projects efficiently.
• Addressing break/fix issues promptly.
• Deployment of new equipment to enhance operational efficiency.
• Installation and configuration of Wi-Fi Access Points.
• Managing and maintaining Windows 11 systems.
• Utilizing Dell Technologies for various computer hardware tasks.
• Working with Active Directory for network management.
• Ensuring the proper operation of Wireless Access Points.

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a PC Technician or in a similar role.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Computer Hardware.
• Have experience with Dell Technologies.
• Show expertise in managing Active Directory.
• Be adept at working with Windows 11.
• Exhibit skills in troubleshooting and resolving Break Fix issues.
• Have knowledge of setting up and managing Wireless Access Points.
