    Join a nonprofit organization in San Diego, CA as a Call Center Agent, where you’ll play a vital role in assisting clients and supporting meaningful programs. This hybrid position requires on-site work for the first 3-4 months for training and development, followed by a flexible hybrid schedule!


    As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be the voice of the organization, communicating directly with clients and community members to address their needs, answer inquiries, and provide guidance.     Responsibilities:

    • Respond to inbound calls and emails in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
    • Provide accurate information about the organization’s programs, initiatives, and services.
    • Assist callers in resolving issues or accessing resources, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
    • Document and maintain accurate client interactions and records using CRM systems.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance caller experiences and recommend improvements.
    • Stay informed of organizational policies to deliver consistent, high-quality service.


    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle challenging calls effectively.
    • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Prior experience in a call center or customer-focused role is a plus!
