We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in Katy, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with analyzing our business systems, documenting processes, and making necessary improvements to ensure our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage and track projects
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in business systems
• Implement AB Testing methods to validate system enhancements
• Work within Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time
• Manage CRM data and provide insightful reports to the team
• Conduct Backlog Grooming sessions to prioritize work effectively
• Document business processes and functions accurately
• Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide system development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business systems align with company goals
• Continuously monitor and adjust business systems to meet changing needs.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence software.
