    • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role
    • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations
    • Solid understanding and experience with General Ledger and Journal Entries
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
    • Demonstrated experience with Month End Close processes
    • Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
