Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions through diligent recording
• Carrying out detailed financial and administrative tasks for multiple complex projects
• Undertaking the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger and other high-risk accounts
• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Conducting periodic reviews of operational accounting tasks
• Managing the preparation and review of general excise tax returns on a monthly and annual basis
• Handling accounts receivable reserves and revenue analysis
• Overseeing the processing of monthly medical and benefits accounting
• Providing technical guidance and training to other members of the accounting staff.
• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Demonstrated experience in performing Bank Reconciliations accurately
• Solid understanding and practical application of General Ledger management
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate Journal Entries
• Experience in handling Month End Close procedures with efficiency and accuracy
