As a Sourcing Specialist II, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing process for assigned business areas, preparing sourcing agreements, and maintaining relationships with business units and suppliers.     • Analyze responses to bid requests, distill commercial differences and provide succinct recommendations for selecting the appropriate supplier for contract award
    • Conduct negotiations and participate on sourcing project teams
    • Communicate sourcing strategy progress and results to supervision and ISC management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with business units and suppliers
    • Conduct industry analysis and evaluate supplier performance
    • Provide market data to support supplier selection, qualification, and on-going performance management
    • Participate in sourcing data analysis, forecasting, and planning
    • Develop new sources of supply and monitor ongoing supplier performance

    • Proven proficiency in Customer Service
