    We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing benefits administration, onboarding, payroll processing, and HRIS management. Your role will be critical in ensuring a positive employee experience within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
    • Manage and administer company benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k)
    • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of bi-weekly payroll, while adhering to all compliance regulations
    • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS, overseeing system administration, reporting, security access, and continuous improvements
    • Uphold compliance with employment laws and company policies, including FMLA and EEO regulations
    • Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process, effectively communicating plan changes and options to employees
    • Professionally and discretely respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and policies
    • Support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and fostering employee engagement.

    • Role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Administrator or in a similar role

    • Proficiency in Benefit Functions, including Benefits Administration, Benefits Analysis, and Benefits Coordination

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must

    • Knowledge of Compliance and Employee Relations is essential

    • Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

    • Experience with Paylocity and other Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is necessary

    • Ability to design Benefits and Compensation packages

    • Experience in processing Multi-state Payroll and Biweekly Payroll is needed

    • Must have skills in HR development, HR Compliance, and HR Policy

    • Knowledge of HR Modules and HRIS Analysis is required

    • Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is required

    • Proficiency in using a Human Resources Management System is essential
