    We are in search of a Project Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida for a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Project Manager, you will take the lead on key business system initiatives, manage project life cycles, and develop project management processes and methodologies. Your responsibilities will also include designing and maintaining business applications and providing support to our user community.



    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the Project Manager and IT representative for key business system initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain project plans for IT projects, tracking progress on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Oversee the entire project life cycle from initiation and planning to execution, deployment, and close-out.
    • Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
    • Manage project communication throughout the life cycle and effectively handle project risks.
    • Conduct regular project reviews with key stakeholders, sponsors, and team members to provide progress updates.
    • Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and standard-adherent project delivery that meets customer expectations.
    • Design, develop, configure, and maintain business applications according to user specifications using company-standard technologies.
    • Propose solutions that best meet organizational requirements.
    • Provide support and training to the user community.
    • Stay updated on current and emerging technologies, recommending their implementation to positively impact the division’s business.



    • Proficient in budget processes, able to plan, manage, and control resources

    • Demonstrated skills in change management to lead organizational transformations

    • PMP certification is a strong plus

    • Ability to monitor and control project deliverables and milestones

    • Proficiency in IT project management delivering software systems

    • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    • Proficiency in project management software tools

    • Ability to lead and inspire project teams.
