We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, optimizing processes, and collaborating with IT and business teams to implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements and automation.
- Develop business cases, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create process models, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Assist in testing, training, and deployment of new system implementations.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Support change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications.
- Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation tools.
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
