    Reputable boutique firm is looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to their team based in Irvine, California. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys, focusing on complex business litigation, employment, real estate and corporate transactional matters. This Paralegal role will involve managing the calendar, discovery responses, trial preparation and filings in state and federal courts.


    This Paralegal opportunity offers mentorship and career development.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the preparation and management of court filings

    • Coordinate and manage the legal calendar to ensure all deadlines are met

    • Facilitate the formatting and editing of legal documents for submission

    • Handle discovery processes, including the collection, organization, and review of evidence

    • Participate in the preparation for trials, including gathering and organizing exhibits, trial notebook preparation, and coordination of witnesses

    • Maintain and update client records in accordance with the company policies and legal regulations

    • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officials

    • Utilize legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the resolution of client inquiries

    • Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action as necessary.

    • Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Paralegal.

    • Proficient in Calendar Management to organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

    • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.

    • Must have experience in Litigation ParaLegal work, including drafting pleadings and discovery.

    • Familiarity with Court Filings procedures and rules.

    • Knowledgeable in Discovery, including drafting requests and managing responses.

    • Experience in Trial Preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness preparation, and trial logistics.

    • Must have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    • Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
