We are in search of a Systems Administrator in the service industry, This role involves the utilization of various technologies like Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Dell, and Firewall, amongst others. As a Systems Administrator, the individual will be tasked with overseeing our technological systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Oversee and ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Utilize AB Testing and Cluster Analysis to improve system performance
• Handle Firewall Technologies to secure data and system access
• Implement and manage Active Directory for network user data storage
• Oversee the application of Dell Technologies in our system operations
• Handle Computer Hardware to ensure all systems are running efficiently.
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
• Practical experience with Citrix Technologies
• Expertise in Cloud Technologies
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies
• Knowledge of Firewall Technologies
• Experience with AB Testing
