We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Technical Service Engineer in our chemicals manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment in our facility.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth operation of industrial equipment including conveyors, robotics, autonomous vehicles, sorters, barcode scanners, vision systems, printers, and custom packaging equipment.
• Conduct system support and troubleshooting tasks on both off-the-shelf and custom packaging and material handling equipment.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks on equipment during slower periods to maintain optimal performance.
• Provide constructive feedback on system performance, downtime, quality, and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing to our commitment to a safety culture.
• Utilize CMMS systems for effective tracking of work orders and spare parts.
• Design, fabricate, and assemble tools, fixtures, and equipment as part of continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of safety programs.
• Leverage your proficiency in PLC and/or PC programming language.
• Apply your skills in 3-D modeling or AutoCAD.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Service Engineer or similar role in the Chemical Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Devices.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware.
• Experience in providing Application Support.
• Proven ability in offering Desktop Support.
• Excellent Customer Support skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Equipment Maintenance.
• Familiarity with Sensors and their applications.
