We are in search of a Sales Manager to join our team. The chosen candidate will primarily manage territories in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois, and will engage both with established businesses and potential new clients.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including but not limited to retailers and distributors.
• Conduct regular visits to accounts and dealers within the assigned territories.
• Address any queries from clients and ensure that products are displayed appropriately at their locations.
• Monitor the usage of hearths in the market, ensuring they are used correctly and effectively.
• Manage key targets within the territories.
• Utilize your communication skills to facilitate smooth conversations and negotiations with clients.
• Leverage your experience in outside sales and account management to drive sales and maintain key accounts.
• Adapt to new situations and learn new tasks as necessary, exhibiting a proactive approach to expanding your skillset.
• Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Ability to manage Accounting Functions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Outside Sales
• Strong skills in Account Management
• Proven record of successful Key Account Management
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
