    Position Description:

    We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team and support various marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior, and analyzing market trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and be comfortable processing and analyzing marketing data. This is an onsite role based in Indianapolis, IN.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • PPC Campaigns & Market Analysis: Manage and track advertising costs, analyze PPC campaign performance, and identify trends and opportunities in the market.
    • Personal Use Program (PUP) Management: Help manage the Personal Use Program where dealers and distributors can purchase Carrier equipment at a discount. Maintain an up-to-date list of PUP distributor and dealer profiles, and collaborate with the PUP order services team on order edits or cancellations.
    • Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot dealer/distributor account setup issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any PUP-related issues.
    • Shopify Store Maintenance: Maintain product databases for phased-out and new products, ensuring pricing is up-to-date in Shopify stores. Coordinate with the Pricing Team to keep product information current.
    • Program Presentations & Training: Occasionally present an overview of the PUP program to dealer or distributor groups.
    • Invoice & Payment Processing: Work with CRNA and SAP payment teams to ensure distributor invoice payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • TOS Code Management: Assist with managing TOS (Terms of Service) codes, including processing improvements, creating templates for distributors, and resolving inquiries related to TOS codes.
    • Vendor & Partner Communication: Keep program vendor partners updated with the latest product lists, sales team updates, and relevant information.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience: Previous experience with PPC campaigns, digital marketing analytics, and working with Shopify or similar platforms is preferred.
    • Skills: Strong analytical skills, experience with marketing data processing, ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions, and excellent communication skills.

As part of our team, your role will be centered around demand forecasting and planning, utilizing tools such as NetSuite and Excel. This position calls for a team player who can effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. <br> Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure efficient and accurate demand forecasting. • Utilize NetSuite for managing and updating planning processes. • Apply Excel formulas in the planning and forecasting process to optimize accuracy. • Monitor and adjust demand forecasts based on market trends and data analysis. • Maintain an organized and updated record of planning activities. • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the planning process. • Take proactive measures to ensure demand forecast accuracy and efficiency.
