Are you a dynamic, highly organized professional looking to excel in a fast-paced environment? Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a senior-level executive at a prominent company located in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote flexibility and on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative support to executives.
- Manage daily calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence and act as a gatekeeper for internal and external communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support leadership initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure the executive remains on schedule with various projects.
- Liaise across departments and act as the main point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle a hybrid schedule with ease.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
