    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily involved in addressing client queries and concerns in a high-volume call center environment, maintaining comprehensive records, and ensuring a smooth flow of information within the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact with clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing them with accurate information.
    • Effectively manage a high volume of inbound calls, maintaining a detail oriented demeanor at all times.
    • Accurately document client calls, ensuring that all important details are captured and communicated to the relevant personnel.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data.
    • Maintain a consistent schedule for managing client interactions and other tasks.
    • Coordinate with attorneys and legal assistants, forwarding necessary client information for further action.
    • Manage occasional walk-in clients, providing them with the necessary assistance.
    • Handle daily mail and deliveries, ensuring they are correctly processed and distributed.
    • Set clear expectations for clients regarding next steps, ensuring they are well informed.
    • Balance customer service duties with administrative tasks such as order entry and scheduling appointments.
    • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor at all times.
    • Prior experience in a call center customer service role is essential.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
    • Strong data entry skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
    • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to quickly learn other software as required.
    • Experience in order entry, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and processed.
    • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing multiple schedules and coordinating with various stakeholders.
