    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in the construction industry, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will be tasked with managing various financial and administrative procedures to ensure the smooth running of operations.


    Responsibilities:


    • Overseeing the process of accounts receivable and payable.

    • Regularly updating financial records with recent transactions and changes.

    • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for financial management and data entry tasks.

    • Assisting with the creation of various reports.

    • Taking charge of job contract information management.

    • Tracking job progress information and job costs for efficiency.

    • Providing assistance in marketing activities.

    • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

    • Ensuring the accuracy of financial data through account reconciliation.

    • Supporting customers and improving their experience with our services.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
    • Proficiency in account reconciliation processes
    • Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures
    • Demonstrated skills in bookkeeping and financial record keeping
    • Proficiency in data entry tasks
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
