    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform accurate data entry and manage information using tools such as DonorPerfect and PerfectTable software.
    • Utilize Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
    • Conduct data analytics to identify and present trends or insights as required.
    • Manage and respond to email inquiries using email programs effectively.
    • Make follow-up calls to customers, donors, or stakeholders as needed.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support various administrative needs.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and analytics.
    • Familiarity with DonorPerfect, PerfectTable software, or similar platforms (preferred but not required).
    • Strong computer proficiency, including email programs and other office software.
    • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
    • Self-starter who can work independently, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines.
    • Prior experience in administrative support and/or customer service is an asset.
