Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and review employee expense reports in Oracle Cloud for accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate coding, approval, and payment of invoices and reimbursements.
• Assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to expenses or payables.
• Maintain organized and thorough expense report documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and maintain efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems.

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, which includes being in-office three days a week (Mon/Tue/Fri) and remote two days a week (Wed/Thurs).
