We’re building a pipeline of UX Design pros who are ready to tackle contract and project-based roles in Houston’s hottest industries—healthcare, finance, e-commerce, education, and tech.
Must-Have Skills:
- User Research & Testing – Ability to conduct interviews, usability tests, and analyze user behavior to inform design.
- Wireframing & Prototyping – Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create seamless digital experiences.
- Information Architecture – Expertise in organizing complex information into intuitive interfaces.
- Visual & UI Design – Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout to enhance usability.
- Accessibility & Compliance – Understanding of WCAG standards, WAVE, and Axe tools for inclusive design.
- Analytics & Optimization – Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Tableau to track user engagement.
- Coding (Nice-to-Have) – Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.

2+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within corporate, agency, or startup environments.
Technical Skills & Software:
- Design & Prototyping Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
- User Research & Testing: UserTesting, Lookback, Maze
- Information Architecture & Wireframing: Miro, Lucidchart, Axure
- Analytics & Data Visualization: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tableau
