Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient processing of internal programs and projects, aligning them with the company's objectives.
• Act as a liaison between various departments to foster communication and collaborative efforts.
• Provide immediate support to the internal customer service team by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Create and maintain various forms of documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process guidelines.
• Assist in the creation and execution of training materials and sessions for team members.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to the management.
• Identify potential areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and track project deadlines.
• Collaborate with a team of five and receive guidance from a Senior Project Manager.
• Utilize Service Now and Power BI software for various tasks and processes.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Service Now experience is a must-have.
- Power BI experience is a must-have.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in documentation management and maintaining operational records.
- Understanding of operations and quality management principles.
- Proven experience in project management and successful project implementation.
- Ability to act as a liaison between different teams within the organization.
- Proficiency in handling financial notes and conducting data analysis.
- Strong collaboration skills and adherence to best practices in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare and update training materials as required.
- Experience in creating status reports and managing QA processes.
- Familiarity with Mindset Software and Join Me tools is preferred.
