Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This role will involve attracting new business and nurturing relationships with existing customers, primarily through cold calling and approaching warm leads. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in their marketing and sales capabilities but also exceptional in their interpersonal and client relationship skills. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Follow-up on warm leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate a robust sales portfolio.
- Present and sell company insurance products to new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the management.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals to clients.
- Actively engage in industry-specific knowledge to offer appropriate insurance solutions to clients.
