We are in search of a Business Analyst situated in Houston, Texas, who will play a critical role in our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with the analysis of business processes, conducting gap analysis, and managing customer relations while using various tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed gap analysis to identify areas for business process improvement
• Utilize Atlassian Jira and CRM systems to manage and track customer relationships and interactions
• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage the workflow and improve efficiency
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to generate reports and present data effectively
• Perform AB Testing to optimize business processes and outcomes
• Oversee claim administration to ensure customer satisfaction and business compliance
• Understand and analyze Business Process Functions to improve overall business operations
• Address customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required for managing projects and tracking issues.
• Experience with CRM systems is necessary to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
• Must be skilled in gap analysis to identify and address system and performance gaps.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is needed for data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required for documentation and report preparation.
• Experience in AB Testing is crucial for optimizing and improving user experience.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is necessary for project management.
• Understanding of business process functions is vital to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Must be able to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document outlining the needs and expectations of the business.
• Experience in claim administration is needed to manage and process insurance claims efficiently.
