💡 Implement Percent-of-Completion Revenue Recognition: Measure our progress with confidence, ensuring compliance with GAAP and industry standards.

💻 Leverage Sage Intacct: Be the go-to Sage Intacct pro, optimizing financial processes for seamless operations.

🔍 Analyze and Optimize: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, and strengthen internal controls.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with project managers and operations leaders to support decision-making with actionable insights.

🛠 Must-Have Tools in Your Toolkit (Required Skills):

📘 Experience/Knowledge:

✅ Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, ideally in the construction or industrial services sector.

✅ Deep familiarity with WIP billing, Percent of Completion revenue recognition, and project-based accounting practices.

💻 Technical Skills:

✅ Advanced proficiency with Sage Intacct accounting software (a must!).

✅ Strong in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis tools.

🎓 Education/Certifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

✅ CPA certification highly preferred (and a major plus!).
