Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements by reviewing transactions
• Prepare comprehensive reports for federal, state, and private grants
• Closely monitor and record additional contributions
• Develop and maintain financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Execute account reconciliation tasks
• Adhere to GAAP Accounting principles
• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare and record journal entries, and manage month-end close procedures
• Use various accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and collections
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Knowledge of General Ledger management and maintenance
• Ability to prepare and adjust Journal Entries as required
• Demonstrated experience with Month End Close procedures
• Proficiency in using NetSuite for various accounting tasks
• Comfortable working with Oracle for financial data management
• Experience with QuickBooks for accounting and payroll functions
• Familiarity with SAP for enterprise resource planning and finance management
