    We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the office by performing clerical work, supporting team members, and providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Please call us at 808-531-0800 to submit your resume.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support:
    • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
    • File, organize, and retrieve paper and electronic documents as required.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
    • Office Operations:
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.
    • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and other general office duties.
    • Customer Service:
    • Greet and assist visitors or clients who arrive at the office.
    • Provide clear and timely information to team members and external contacts.
    • Task Management:
    • Support managers and team members with miscellaneous office tasks.
    • Ensure deadlines are met and all projects or assignments are completed efficiently.


    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred.
    • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Basic knowledge of office equipment like copiers, scanners, and printers.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
