    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of accounting functions

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in the Retail - Furniture industry.
    • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, with a focus on integrating these systems into existing business operations.
    • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Computerized Accounting Systems.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and manipulate large data sets.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of full cycle accounting functions, with the ability to manage all financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
    • Proven experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including the management of billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
    • Experience with Cash Flow Analysis, with the ability to forecast future trends and advise on financial planning strategies.
