    We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a reputable insurance company. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, solving customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction, this position may be an excellent fit. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in Hawaii due to proximity to clients and familiarity with local market conditions.     Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by addressing inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
    • Provide accurate information and assist customers in understanding their insurance options and benefits.
    • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx).
    • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other account changes with consistent attention to detail.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the insurance industry's regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Actively identify opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction.


    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the insurance or customer service industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx).
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Resident of Hawaii is strongly preferred for local familiarity and access to clients.
