We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a reputable insurance company. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by addressing inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers in understanding their insurance options and benefits.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx).
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other account changes with consistent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the insurance industry's regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Actively identify opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
